Sharing access information and advocating for yourself can feel overwhelming at times, but in this interactive session we want to demystify the process and offer some tips and tricks for approaching this in a way that feels safe and appropriate for you.

Collaboration, Ethics & Power with Eleanor Sikorski

Eleanor Sikorski led an interactive workshop considering how artists can ethically hold space and take on leadership roles: whether as choreographers, curators or producers. Eleanor shared some of her experiences of collaboration, and negotiating power dynamics in the rehearsal studio and beyond. Eleanor has been part of the CDS Artist Community for over a decade.
